Exchange and refund policy

 

1. what is your return policy?

We will be happy to exchange/refund any unopened item reported to us for exchange/refund within 10 calendar days from the date that you received it. To qualify for a refund/exchange, the returned item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). All returns are subject to a restocking fee of €10. You must contact us prior to sending your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for €10-€20 insured international shipping cost in case of the exchange (the exact amount depends on which country you come from). Since you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own risk and cost, we strongly recommend you to use an insured delivery method. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and products that are returned with signs of being used will not be eligible for a refund. They will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense or charged up to 50% restocking fee.

 

2. WHAT IS A RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?

If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described, you can return your item unopened within 10 calendar days. Please make sure that it wasn't used as returns of items that were used will be denied.

 

3. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you qualify for a return/exchange (the item you purchased wasn't used and you want to return it within 10 days from receiving it), you should contact us by email at info @lilithmoonstyle.com and we will reply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our return address.

 

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for €10-€20 insured international shipping cost in case of the exchange (the exact amount depends on which country you come from).

 

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/EXCHANGE?

After we have received and inspected that the returned item is in its original condition and wasn't used, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (in case of refund) or send an exchange (in case of exchange).

 

6. CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU AND GETTING A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return/exchange. Refunds for items returned without contacting us will be denied.

 

7. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND IF THE PACKAGE GOES MISSING?

 

We ship with insured priority mail and in the very unlikely event your package goes missing, an investigation by the post will take place. Such an investigation can take up to 90 days and we will be able to issue a refund only if/when the post recognizes the status of your package as missing. In that case we will issue an instant refund to your original payment method.
